My Mission

I am an Empowerment Coach (NBCC Certification) from Sydney, Northern Beaches. I utilise astrology as an important tool to discover your true strengths, gifts and challenges. I have been a teacher and teen mentor for over 10 years and I truly want to help young people to find their sense of purpose, self confidence and feel equipped to navigate any challenge that they face in life.

I offer a heart centred holistic coaching service to support females who want to work through their own unique personal challenges or to help guide you to find your true path in life. I create accountable action plans tailored to your individual needs to keep you on path for change.

While also being a mother to my young son I have experience with women going through transitions such as career changes, motherhood or relationship issues. I have such a passion for serving and helping others to heal through listening to your needs and I can apply both talk therapy and practical resources to help you navigate a new life direction or change your mindset to overcome any challenges which may arise for you.

I have been on an authentic self healing journey and I strongly believe in talk therapy to help you to align with your true inner values and reconnect with your unique self. I help women to find their strengths by using a range of tools which is an individualised approach. I also provide guidance for women to overcome current challenges in their life. I am a supportive guide and I create a confidential and warm space for people to speak their honest truth & find assistance on a range of issues. My services range from counselling and empowerment coaching to teen mentorship and holiday workshops, while also offering Astrology and Tarot readings online. I have a range of different workshops I run throughout the year for different age groups for connection, creativity and guidance.

I offer both practical and theoretical strategies and tools to assist with mental health issues, spiritual connection and wellbeing. In this ever changing society it is critical you seek guidance for your own self care, life decisions and boundaries in all areas of your life to ensure you can feel empowered, motivated & supported. Everything you seek is actually inside of you, but to have that supportive mentor by your side, you will be able witness incremental growth and evolution when you truly decide to invest in growth and positive change.

It is important for women to come together to know they are not alone on their path. I know when I found a like minded group of women I felt so very connected and united.
